Single rope for experienced climbers

The Diablo 9.8mm rope is from Beal’s Active Line. It boasts the UNICORE technology and was developed for demanding climbers. Thanks to the soft, smooth sheath, taking in slack and clipping in the rope is better to handle than with comparable ropes of the same diameter. The rope is very comfortable to use for both lead climbing and belaying. The rope has a high elongation value during a fall that results in a low impact force. This increases safety when climbing.

Service life of the rope

Beal ropes have a service life of maximum 15 years from the date of manufacturing (5 years storage + 10 years use). Depending on the frequency of use or damage, the service life will be reduced.
